Ipamorelin — Research Grade | 10mg
Ipamorelin is a third-generation growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) and selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It was developed to stimulate growth hormone secretion with a high degree of selectivity — notably, research indicates it does not significantly elevate cortisol, prolactin, ACTH, or other pituitary hormones at standard research concentrations, a profile that distinguishes it from earlier GHRPs such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6.
Ipamorelin is most frequently studied in combination with CJC-1295 No DAC. The two peptides operate through entirely distinct receptor pathways — GHRH (CJC-1295) and ghrelin/GHS-R1a (Ipamorelin) — and research suggests they produce a synergistic enhancement of GH pulse amplitude and frequency beyond either compound in isolation.
Research applications include investigations into GH-axis dynamics, body composition modulation, recovery and tissue repair, bone metabolism, and sleep architecture.
